The 2022-2026 National Sports Industry Policy approved by the Federal Government on Wednesday 2nd November 2022 has given the sports industry its biggest incentive for the transformation of the industry to an active economic sector of the Nigerian economy. The policy has also defined the roles of key stakeholders including the organised private sector which is critical to driving the sector.

The Nigerian Economic Summit Group through its 28th Nigerian Economic Summit #NES28, with the theme, "2023 and Beyond: Priorities for Shared Prosperity" has provided its platform for our organisation to engage with the private sector and to present insights on the expectations and deliverables for the sports industry
